Banana Nut Oatmeal
Oats mixed with healthy fats and fruit can be a great way to start your day! Oats are filled with protein, carbs and fiber. They are fun to mix and match with different nuts, fruits and seeds. Hope you enjoy!
Here’s What You Need:
Organic Oats
1 TBSP Roasted Walnuts
1 Banana
Almond or oat milk (optional)
1-3 TABLESPOONS Hemp hearts
1 TABLESPOON Manuka Honey
Here’s What You Do:
Prepare the oats according to the package in water on the stove. I usually make 2 servings.
After oats are ready, add a splash of plant milk, roasted walnuts, hemp hearts, cut up banana to oats.
Top with manuka honey and stir well.
