Roasted Tomatoes
What You Need:
Pan
Parchment paper
2-3 medium to large tomatoes
4-5 Garlic Cloves
olive oil
sea salt
dried oregano
dried thyme
What to Do:
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F
Cover pan with parchment.
Cut tomatoes in segments of equal size and place on pan.
Add peeled garlic cloves to pan with tomatoes.
Sprinkle a generous amount of sea salt on tomatoes.
Shake about 1-2 tsp of oregano and thyme on tomatoes.
Drizzle a tablespoon or 2 of olive oil on top of tomatoes and garlic—-make sure garlic cloves are sitting in olive oil to help avoid burning.
Roast in oven for 20 mins
Add to pasta, pasta salad, bean dishes, soups and more!
