Blueberry Oat Smoothie

If you are looking for a fresh and filling summer breakfast—this smoothie bowl is it!

What you need:

Cut up frozen banana

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Handful of baby kale

2 heaping tablespoons of cocoyo yogurt ( use what u like but I would recommend a brand with fewer ingredients and little to no added sugar)

Tablespoon of ground flax seed

Tablespoon of hemp hearts

1/2 cup organic oats

Dollop of manuka honey

1/2 cup or so of Plant milk ( I used oat ) I recommend Malk brand bc they use minimal ingredients.

What you do:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Pour in a bowl, add toppings—-I used granola I had on hand, strawberries and walnuts.

  3. Enjoy!
